The staff are very friendly and courteous. Apartments are designed nice. If you are looking for some peace a Read Morend quite that might not always be the case as most neighbors don't respect this and let their kids yell and scream outside even when asked not to.

The complex is fine and the office staff much improved with the introduction of new management. The service st Read Moreaff is good, however, they still suffer under poor leadership from their direct manager who is lazy and rude. This would be the last piece needing fixing. Rents, as is common everywhere these days, are far too high. If you accept things as they are, then rent is average for the area.

Never see security guards at night. Too many apartment inspections, yet cockroaches never seemed to go away. T Read Moreoo much dust covering all my furniture- can't be healthy. Apartment maintenance crew does a great job in responding quickly to maintenance requests. Need dedicated recycling bins that make dumping garbage difficult. Office staff friendly and helpful.
