Very high turnover of front office staff. Good people are leaving because of poor upper management.

Read Moreairs are done but done in poor quality only doing the bare minimum.

A few of the maintenance workers are helpful and nice.

I would definitely recommend to everyone. My likes and dislikes are: South Port is very friendly and clean. G Read Morereat environment for those especially with kids. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The view is great a lot of green and they are always planting new plants. When you need to get something fixed they come quick. They hold party for the residents to enjoy holidays and summers. South Port is a Happy place to live with loads of Fresh Air. The price is reasonable.
