We moved into Sullivan Place in late October 2015, and so far our experience has been pretty positive. The lea Read Moresing staff, in my opinion, was top notch and couldn't have been more professional. The place is well maintained for the most part, and the interior of the buildings and quality of our apartment is fantastic. Following are some drawbacks (all places have them!): 1. the trash trucks come *very* early in the morning, and if you live on the south side of the complex... the early morning trucks from the industrial area might be a problem if you're not already used to getting up early - but I would suppose it's not a factor in other area of the complex. 2. the surface parking is limited, but at the very least they provide a garage as a last resort. 3. there isn't anything within walking distance outside of a Panera, but at least 395 is right outside your doorstep. All in all, I would recommend this place since the drawbacks aren't things that aren't personally that are insurmountable.
