Poor enforcement of community standards, such as noise and cleanliness. Complications with the bill payment s Read Moreystem and lack of an after hours rent drop box that is accessible after hours. Not enough office staff for the number of residents. Constant turn over in management.

Although it doesn't happen often. I hear the tv of my neighbors. I don't know if the walls are thin or if the Read More tv is up extremely loud There should be more bins for recycling. The staff is always friendly and available. I do enjoy the location.

I did not give it an excellent rating for the following reasons:
1. There are a lot of dogs here. While t
Read Morehat in and of itself is not a problem for me, the urine in the stairways and outside of the doorways has often created a disgusting smell that has been commented on numerous times by my guests.
2. The parking garage does not go to the 8th floor making it less convenient for 8th floor residents to walk directly to their floor without enduring the outside elements.
