the apartment was clean, very spacious, alot of closet space, maintance was vey good only ting that bothered m Read Moree since we were at patio level i saw mice running around in our patio at one point in time. also there were alot of dogs and there barking was pretty loud

the maintenance staff more often than not would come walking into your apartment after knocking once. i walke Read Mored out of my shower once (a single female alone in her apartment) to a maintenance man in my living room. So wildly inappropriate I can't even believe it happened more than once. The pool was barely ever open and the grass wasn't kept well. My car was broken in to, and they let people loiter around all over the place there making it feel as unsafe as it possibly could.

Upon move in our apartment was filthy. They had put new carpet in and never cleaned. Our unit was. Beside a ma Read Moreintenance unit in which they stored gasoline. They had a spill one day and the smell was so strong we had to leave our apartment and go to a friends home. They were in no hurry to clean it up either. We also had several items stolen from our balcony. I caught someone trying to steal our grill! Just ridiculous. There is so much more! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Mold in apartment was not taken care of properly. We had to threaten legal action to get out of our lease when Read More we finally gave up and opted to live elsewhere. We came home after being gone one weekend to find over 40 cockroaches in the clean kitchen, which goes to show how often I was cleaning them up on a daily basis. Many of the apartments had well over the legal amount of tenants who would move in late at night after their family had moved in earlier in the day.

There are many things management doesnt tellyou when you rent at the AVANT ..for example they control whenthey Read More start the heat and the air conditioner the resident has no saying..... also no matter how much electricity you save your utilities bill is shared among residents therefore its high all the time every month in spiet of efforts to save on the electricity
