The apartments are larger than most in this area and when I report any kind of mechanical/electrical problem, Read Morethey get it fixed quickly. The management keeps the common areas and the complex clean, and the apartments are conveniently located close to both I-495 and I-395.

Major parking issues especially with reserved spaces. we were charged for said spaces yet when it snowed anyon Read Moree could park there and we were walking far away to get into building as someone was in the spaces we paid for-THIS IS WRONG AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED. Have had rude associates on the phone and no one to answer phones and no communications between departments on issues and so issues do not get resolved.

the apartment was clean, very spacious, alot of closet space, maintance was vey good only ting that bothered m Read Moree since we were at patio level i saw mice running around in our patio at one point in time. also there were alot of dogs and there barking was pretty loud
