The staff is excellent. Corporate management is unfolding and unreasonable. The facility is goid. Amenities ar Read Moree very nice. Lots of construction with no consideration of tenants needs.

Clean building, friendly management, good amenities (pool, bbq). Only complaints is the random increases in r Read Moreent and utilities. No idea how they determine what the increase is. Also the allocation of utilities across all tenants is weird given the size of the building.

1. Construction has been going on for almost two years.
2. Management is poor and does not communicate well
Read More with residents.
3. Premises cleanliness has greatly declined. There are now bugs and mice and dust is everywhere.

Overall, very helpful and friendly office and front desk staff who put the residents first and go above and be Read Moreyond to be accommodating and promote a sense of community. The common areas are going through renovations, but some individual apartments are a bit run down. Also, maintenance staff varies by person in the quality of work done.
