This is a great complex to live in. The staff is extremely professional and attentive to your needs. They are Read More proactive and not just reactive to the upkeep of the units and the property. The gym is really nice and the tenants are working professionals who are friendly and quiet. I really enjoyed living at The Park.

This was a lovely community with friendly people, newly renovated buildings, and great amenities (the pool spe Read Morecifically). The staff was always friendly and helpful, especially in any maintenance situation. There is even the added bonus of it's location around the the corner from the one-stop shopping center.
The only reason that I moved was to find a location that was walkable to a metro station. It was a great apartment and I would highly recommend it!

The Park at Arlington Ridge is one of the best places to live in Washington DC Area. What I remember from 2009 Read More-2001 is that the complex was clean, conveniently located and safe. The apartments were kind of small but recently renovated with new carpets and appliances. The parking was on first come first get it bases but this was minor inconvenience. The Park at Arlington is the first place i will contact if I am ever coming back to Washington DC area.
