The concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. They knew many residents by first name and that added a ve Read Morery personal and nice touch to living at the Gramercy. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, they were quick to resolve. I highly recommend the Gramercy. It's very conveniently located to everything you need. I hardly ever drove my car. Costco is right next door and also a mall for everything else. I could walk to the metro as well and plenty of eateries. Number one in my book!

The building is definitely a luxury building and the staff is very nice, but I have had trouble with inconside Read Morerate neighbors, which is a shame because this building has many families in it as well. The building management has resolved those issues, but in an apartment building, no one should be obnoxious towards their neighbors.

It's well maintained and a beautiful place. Only complaints were the (lack of) air circulation in our 2 bedroo Read Morem apt and about 2/3 of the front desk who were motivated only to pass the time until the end of their shifts. The movie room seemed like an awesome idea, but was broken every time I tried to use it.
