The location is great. However less amenities are offered here than surrounding places, which is generally ac Read Morecounted for in slightly lower rent prices. Unfortunately, the elevator has been smelling like cigarette smoke quite often, recently (the reason why I didn't rate it excellent).

When the new management took over there was a few months where the building was not well kept up, ie broken ai Read Morer conditioner in gym, many of the lights were out in hallways, and, though it is tenants that are doing it, there was a huge build up of shopping carts on the ground floor to the point it was not only unsightly, but at times blocked the walkway. However, that has since changed and it seems back to normal.

My first month at the apartment was terrible. There were many problems and the management responded pretty poo Read Morerly until I outlined every single problem in a written complaint. Since then, I haven't really had any major problems, so I haven't needed much from management. The apartment is standard. Location is great. One person in the office staff is exceptionally rude to me every time I speak with her, but the rest have been polite and professional. The maintenance staff are great.

The apartment was at a fair price when we arrived (3 years ago). The bad thing is that the building changed ma Read Morenagement like 3 or 4 times in this time, and every new management wants to increase the rent. Now, I pay almost 300$ more than the current prices for an equivalent unit. If you can, better move to a building that has amenities for the same price (this building has no amenities but a tiny gym and they want to charge for it).
