They say they are a luxury GATED community and the gate has never worked. We have loved here for almost a year Read More. They charge more BC of it and is ALWAYS broken. And the office complains that residents complain about it! Also their gym equipment is not great half the time they don't work. The TVs there don't work. The apartment itself is average but old. Nothing great except having a garage. They are over priced.

Nice complex, however I selected this location because of the gated ammentities and low rent compared to other Read More Ashburn MDUs. I have resided here for over a year and not only did the rent increase, but the front and back gates to the community have remained open for the past year despite this being a gated community. I have been told the community was sourcing different rates to get it fixed and was in the process of securing a contract, but this process should not take 12 months.

Apartments were not maintained properly, parking availability was extremely poor, neighbors were loud and argu Read Moreed constantly at all hours of the night and lastly the property manager(s) were impolite - with the exception of one leasing agent who was helpful and informative. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this property.
