Certified Resident

The Resident Management is wonderful, friendly, kind, extremely efficient, she makes my tenure there comfortab Read Morele. However, Maintenance personnel is lazy and does not follow-up on Emergency calls unless after-hours staff contacts Resident Manager first. Grounds are maintained nicely, but tenants bring down property value as they loiter in walkways and allow children to play and ride ride-ons in the street constantly. Not pleasant when touring grounds.
