The only downside to this location is the lack of Washing machines in the actualy residence, along with dated Read Moreappliances that dont work very well.

I can definitely hear my neighbors above and below me a lot of the time. My heater is extremely loud when it c Read Moreomes on and it's in my bedroom so it wakes me up sometimes at night. I don't know how good the insulation is here because sometimes I can hear cars going by outside as if I were outside and I have my heater on 70 and am still cold, so there are definitely draft issues. I had complained that the upstairs neighbors dog was being left outside on their balcony for an extended period of time and a few days later I got a letter on my door say that MY dog was being left on my balcony for too long. My dog has never set foot on the balcony so I don't really think there's good communication. It takes a while for maintenance requests to be fixed. I don't think the cabinets and things were cleaned that well before I moved in because there is a stench to them even before I put anything in them. The people in the office are nice.
