Pet Policy: Dogs and cats allowed, 100lbs weight limit, 2 pets maximum, $300 pet rent for pets under 35lbs-$400 for pets 35-100lbs, Restricted Breeds: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Chows. A second pet pet is allowed for an additional $100 non-refundable one time pet fee. No reptile, no ferrets.
