We moved in just before the transition from Ivystone to The Amber. The Amber is much more organized, more more Read More customer focused and respectful. They always ask before coming into the apartment and deal with any maintenance requests promptly.

The staff and property management are wonderful and always polite and helpful the only issue is the tenants no Read Moret being respectful of the property ( leaving trash on the ground, cigarette butts on the ground in walkways, and speeding through parking lots causing safety issues for children and people pulling out). Other than that this is a great place to live and the staff are great and definitely dedicated to providing whatever services are needed to please us tenants. Assigned parking?

The reason I gave it Average is because there are still bugs every once in a while. The outside near the fron Read Moret doors need to be cleaned up. There are leaves and papers scattered about. Also, the first level patio should be made more privatized.

The apartments are well maintained and I have never had any issues with the staff. Staff always warm and frien Read Moredly and willing to help. I do think it's a tad bit pricey for living here with the space and the fees can be a bit much, but you get what you pay for.
