This is by far the worst renting experience we have ever had! We have lived here for 8 months, and in that tim Read Moree two different companies have managed the apartments. The office staff has changed several times, and the maintenance staff has changed at least 10 times. Our apartment had several issues upon move in, including roaches, that took months to get fixed . The office staff has extremely poor communication skills (even with the new staff and company (Thalhimer). Terrible apartments!!!

Old appliances runs the electric bill very high. Heat pump which is from '83 cost us $200/m for a 2nd floor 1/ Read Morebdr apt @ 70F. Thankfully the apartment never goes below 65F so we just turn the heat off...yet it still cost us $120/m for the fridge (leaking '87)which is kept at 40F to save money w/ no heat. Hot water tank barely gets hot. Mold seems to be a problem around windows. Took 3+months for maintenance to fix the fridge leak & light switch. I will be looking for new unit or complex.

Initially, the customer service from the maintenance staff and front office staff was absolutely horrible. Mai Read Morentenance request, the office staff would loose them & it would take 5 months to fulfill them. There have been various changes in staff in which it definitely got worst before it recently seems to be getting better. Its frustrating as a resident to have to be patient during the changes I am hoping that the new staff will continue to thrive in providing better service to the reside
