Property is well-kept and maintained. Maintenance issues are usually handled promptly. Complaints would incl Read Moreude the poor cable and internet service (frequently loose connection) and since the front office has changed management, they do not seem to be able to handle situations without "contacting the regional office."

This is my third month living at Chesterfield Gardens and I must say I have truly enjoyed my stay so far. The Read Morestaff is very professional and the maintenance department is always on time and very accurate. The neighborhood is very quiet and the grounds are kept very nicely. I'm so glad I chose Chesterfield Gardens because I don't think I could have found all of these qualities at another apartment complex.
