When we moved in we were the first to live in this apartment and there was a male part carved into our wood fl Read Moreoor. When maintance came in to fix the carving in the floor we were not notified. We came home and thought someone broke in. There are screws showing in the walls in the closet and we do not have good hot water or pressure in the shower. My husband and I have to park in visitors parking every weekend when there are cars that do not have parking passes parked in residential parking.

I love the convenience of my apartment and the great views. However, I have been working on a concern with my Read More floor for months and still no remedy. When I moved in the washer was not connected correctly and leaked out in the apartment. There was visible damage to my floor. I moved in the apartment complex in May it is now Sept. and still no resolution.

I like the apartment complex for the most part but there are some things that I don't like about it such as: I Read More am in the last building that was completed. The construction company just rushed through finishing and left things unfinished. I'm still finding blue tape in my apartment(where they mark things that need fixing before completion ). Also, the hallways are never clean. Someone rubbed tobacco spit all over the inside of the elevator door about 2 months ago and it's still there today.
