Love the property and the neighborhood. The residents are all very nice and friendly. The only problem we ha Read Moreve is with the management team. They can act as if we are bothering them when we come into the office with questions and their help with things. They are not very friendly in the sense and are not very customer service centered. For the amount we pay in rent there you would expect a little more service from the management there.

The water heater burst on a weekend while I was away. It flooded and ruined bedroom contents. Apartment was Read Moreuninhabitable for a week. the management said they bore no financial responsibility. It was up to the renter to have insurance (I did) but they still charged full rent for a month in which an apartment was unusable. That attitude pervades the entire operation.
