Management is poor. My guess is they are untrained. They come across as defensive, disinterested, non-responsi Read Moreve and lazy. Cleaning and maintenance crews are friendly, helpful and hardworking.

I would say my experiance at the Falls at Flint was fair. The management staff didnt care after you signed the Read More lease. Repairs took long unless it had to do with water issues. The apartment looks nice on the outside and in but the materials are cheap. Also there pricing is subjective to how much you make. We paid more for the same apartment on the bottom than someone on the top. Resigning the lease our rent went up 200 vs others that stayed the same.
