I have just moved into Shenandoah Crossing and I have had a great experience thus far. The leasing staff is v Read Moreery friendly and handled any issues that arose promptly. The apartment has been renovated with beautiful new appliances and the community is very quiet. The location of the community is great: very close to 66 and 28, close the Fairoaks mall, and walking distance to the Greenbriar shopping center with groceries, food, a gym, shopping, etc.

Shenandoah Crossing is all about the money despite it's claim of community and working with tenants. There is Read More no such thing as loyalty to faithful tenants. I've had conversations about how much my rent will go up when the lease is up. No one can provide a definitive answer. I've been offers to relocate to a refurbished apartment at my own expense. I offered an alternative scenario where I would stay in the apartment with no raise in rent. My apartment has dated appliance, the rug has numerous rolls in it, seams in bedroom walls are coming apart, the kitchen counter is flaking. Certainly not worth the money I'm currently paying but it's cheaper then the alternative. Once again no loyalty to people that have resided for more than 4 years with no history of problems.
