I love the location, that's my favorite part. The building is older but management and maintenance are quickly Read More responsive to any problems with the apartment. The parking lot situation is a problem though. There are times there's no room for my car in the lot and I have to park across the street. The spots are huge and could be made smaller to accommodate more cars. Also, I wish there was a way to pay rent online to eliminate the need for giving someone a paper check.

Lee Square is an older apartment complex which is not particularly updated in terms of appliances or decor. Ho Read Morewever, the carpets were brand new at move-in, the malfunctioning fridge was replaced immediately after we mentioned it to the resident manager, and the square footage is generous. The grounds are well-maintained. Parking has never been an issue for us as the tenants, though there is no guest parking.
