The apartment and appliances are worn and outdated. There were no outlets in the bathroom and when I asked abo Read Moreut having one installed, no one got back to me. I constantly had issues with bugs and had to have my apartment sprayed at least five times over the year that I lived there. My heater/air conditioning unit broke down all the time and I had to call maintenance out at least four times for that. The office was always closed, even during posted office hours.

The neighborhood was well kept, quiet and the staff was very professional

The Staff is all very nice. Unfortunatly these are very old buildings that need some updating. The community Read Morewould not be bad if not for the other residents that live there that do not take care of te property (like trash in the parking lots and just being lazy and leaving patios a mess.).

There were cockroaches in the apartment almost every other month and a large portion of the ceiling in kitchen Read More collapsed at one point due to rot or water damage. When I moved out no one from the apartment ever contacted me to tell me if I even owed anything until I was contacted by a debt collector. I found out their policy is if you owe $150 or more(which I believe is how much they charge to steam clean the carpet) they get a debt collector without ever trying to get the money from you.
