Hope you get a good neighbor. If you do, it is a great place to live, if you don't, there isn't much repercus Read Moresion for them, especially when behavior takes place outside of office hours. Turnover is VERY high, so people are in and out all the time, with a mixed bad of good and bad neighbors. My likes and dislikes are: Nice space. Maintenance is timely and does a good job. Office is helpful and friendly, but we have had a run of aggravating neighbors who break rules as outlined and the lease. Lease rules does not seem to be enforced for those breaking rules, as behavior is often repeated without any apparent consequence.
