To many unnecessary reasons for needing access to one's apartment. Cannot understand why the manager can't be Read Moreorganized enough to schedule preventative maintenance , preventative pest control , sprinkler, and fire detector checks to be conducted all in one day. Having to inconvenience renters multiple times in the course of a month (about 3 times in June alone) is ridiculous & unacceptable. AND in at least 1 of those instances, no advanced notice was given, which I'm pretty sure is illegal.

Noise between floors is terrible. People from downstairs complain about noise even we walk on our paws. It was Read More the main reason to move out from this apartment complex. And no trash collecting location near the building. Has to walk or take trash in a vehicle across the main road to other side, which is awful experience in winter.

It all begins during the first meeting/point of contact with leasing office, and our first visit was truly wel Read Morecoming and warm. Informative, polite. Lauren was exceptional on all the information the community had to offer. The upkeep of the entire community is so important to me. I cannot say enough about how pristine The Gardens is kept. How graceful they are in doing so. The team here are very much a TEAM . It begins with the manager, she cares! Relaxing view from our unit.
