Lease Terms: 6- 12 months Pet Policy: Limit 2 pets per unit. OUR AWESOME SPECIAL IS ONLY ON OUR 3 BEDROOM/2FULL BATHROOM APARTMENT HOMES!! We do welcome some pets, two maximum. There is a $350.00 (Refundable) Pet Deposit, $150.00 (Non-refundable) Pet Fee and $100.00 Non-refundable Pet Fee for a 2nd Pet. Pet(s) over 35lbs. or larger MUST be on the first floor. Pet rent (non-refundable) $15.00 per pet and $25.00 for two per month and must be paid with your monthly rent. Breed restrictions apply please call for more details. Pricing is based on payments received on or before the 1st of the month. All pricing and availability is subject to change.
