Just a note, while most other apartments or town homes include trash and water in the rental price, Legacy doe Read Mores not. Also, legacy uses a "floating" price structure, which they say is similar to what the airlines use, which is why two people can sit next to each other but pay substantially different amounts for their tickets. Same here. Prices they give you are only guaranteed 3 days - and it's very likely they will go up if you wait until after that. So if you are comparing properties and prices, I'd save Legacy for last, because the price they quote you will probably not be the price you get when you return. The price structure also means you can expect considerable price increases when it's time to renew (mine went up 10%). If the place is fairly full, they jack the prices up - because they have limited space. They do not reward tenants who renew and remain here. Last thing - they exclusively use Access Media 3 as the TV (satellite) and internet provider. They have terrible service and high rates. As much as I hear people complain about Comcast, I consider them better than what we have here. My likes and dislikes are: The location is very convenient to pretty much anything you want in the Lynchburg area. It's pretty quiet and peaceful here.
