The exterior of the buildings need more care. Power washing needs to be done more frequently. The tenants do Read Moren't respond as they should when asked to clean their balconies, and remove things that do not belong. The pet control can be a problem. The dumpster area is horrible..always a mess, and the door hasn't been working for months. The gate issue went on for almost a year. Part of our lease gives us a gated community and we expect this, just as mngment expects us to respond asap.

I believe the increase in rent is too high, to renew every year. It makes residents really reconsider whether Read Moreor not they will be staying. This year due to the increase in rent im unsure if i will even be considering staying as the expense to live here is just going to continue to go up.

I have been lied to by office staff about an issue. There should be a day with extended office hours to accomm Read Moreodate residents that get home after 6pm.

I'm just not jazzed about the quality of the countertops and carpeting in the apartment. The counters are par Read Moreticle board which swells if it comes into contact with water, subsequently cracking the plastic on it and growing mold. The carpet is cheap and scratchy. Not a fan. Also the area where we are, on the ground level, is filthy (the concrete outdoor flooring, with stains and gum and always collects dirt. There are guys who come to blow all the dirt and crud out of the area but it's gross
