The building needs some serious window washing on the outside, doesn't seem to me this was done adequately pos Read Moret-construction. This isn't your fault but there are a lot of slobs living in the building and I'm surprised at the amount of spilled liquids in the elevator and lobby and people who leave trash where it doesn't belong. Seems I've always been out of town when community events have happened so I haven't really met many people in the building other than a few on my floor. It would be very, very challenging to win the "value" proposition at the rents being charged--it is all about the location.

Priovide/expand gym equipment (Both cardio & weights); pool shades/umbrellas (too hot to sit/lay out); provide Read More upgraded flooring for apartment. Have gym equipment serviced more frequently. Too many broken, out-of-service equipment. Augment A/C unit at the gym. Doesn't cool effectively during hot summer heatwave.
