I like that there is a laundry mat for those who don't have a washer. just wish they had a coin machine or m Read Moreoney cards for convenience. Wish the fitness room kept cleaning wipes and perhaps a hand sanitizer.

The rules and regulations were poorly enforced. Several times we had issues with neighbors (who happened to b Read Moree employed by the apartment complex) and nothing was done. Dogs were loud and barking all the time. The view from our kitchen window every morning was watching a dog excrement. Trash and bags of dog excrement left outside of residents' doors, etc. Very frustrating.
