Have not yet been here a year, so I can only speak for this short period of time. I am very satisfied with my Read More apartment, and it is the best of locations. The property has been well maintained and has the feel of a small community rather than an impersonal apartment complex. The residents are friendly and ready to help when a need arises. Staff try to do their best when a problem arises. Maybe need to be reminded or questioned about the progress of maintenance questions.

Many features are very outdated; management does not communicate maintenance visits with appropriate lead time Read Mores; several scheduled maintenance dates have not been followed through with; phone calls are sometimes not returned. However, the grounds are well kept and the complex has curb appeal.

Maintenance necessities for my apartment are usually handled promptly. The arrangements for disposing of tras Read Moreh require the resident to enter the enclosed trash can areas which are a disgusting mess. Dish TV is poor.

Our furnace filter has not been changed since we moved in a year ago. We can hear everything ours neighbors ar Read Moree saying and doing. Our neighbor underneath turns her bathroom fan on every time we walk into the bedroom because she can hear every move. I have asked for a ice maker and have never received. They appliances need to be changed because there very old. If I had to think of what I like about the neighborhood it would be its location!

We loved the area and apartment. We ended up moving in 2011 because the management of the office was becoming Read Morenoticeably worse.
