The maintenance team is good. Especially this one particular man. He's always helpful, prompt and friendly at Read Morethe particular location that I reside. He is to be commended for a job well done.

Not responding to problems. Blame someone else for not getting it done. Office girls rude at times. Dismiss co Read Moremplaints. Very slow at getting things done. Very slow.

Everything about the this apartment community is probably above average. After a maintenance call, they'll co Read Moreme by within the next two days to fix whatever issue you have. Only real negative experience I have with them is that when you move out, they will overcharge for absolutely anything and everything that wrong with your apartment (I was charged $36 for a set of stove drip pans that were clean). I just chose to pay the "fee" rather than argue with them over a total of $130 or so.

The place is beautiful. But they have no idea what they are doing. They don't put things in the computer. They Read More never get people out there to take care of your place. The water heater above my apartment broke and my storage unit got mold and mildew in it and it took them over a month to fix. Plus it soaked my carpet and that had to be replaced. They have bugs and the hot tub never worked while we stayed there. Oh and if your rent doesn't go through you will be evicted in 5 days. It's horrible

Chesapeake Bay is a decent community, the location is not great. The apartment community next to it was horrib Read Morele, trashy and loud. Which was an issue for me since my apartment building backed up to it. The apartment itself was small, and overpriced for the size but it was cheaper than other complexes. The maintenance staff was loud and always yelling across at each other and residents. I didnt' have any maintenance issues, so I cannot attest to the speed or quality of work.
