Our lease terms are: Price range is based on flexible lease length and specific move-in date.. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Cat Policy: Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $25.00 pet rent, $350.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Pets 30lbs and under are $25 per month, pets over 30lbs are $35 per month. Dog Policy: Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $25.00 pet rent, $350.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per home. Our pet fee is $350 for small pets under 30lbs and $500 for pets 31lbs or greater. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
