The facilities are top of the line and the complex is modern. The one area that is poor is the amount of noise Read More. There's an animal hospital with constant dog barking, a train track that is one block away, and lack of sound proofing in the walls.

Takes a long time for maintenance requests to be filled. Office staff has too many different ways of communica Read Moreting (multiple emails a day, taping envelopes to doors, tucking paper in front doors, community portal, etc). The communication during the carpet replacement was a disaster, giving people practically no notice about not being able to walk in the hallways. We were issued like 3 new ways to get into the garage over the course of about 2 months. Overall just seems very disorganized.
