Thank you for taking the time out to address your opinion. Without our residents and reviews we will not be able to address certain situations that we never new exist. If you wouldn't mind taking the time out to call, email, or stop in so I can narrow done the issues. As far as the appliances we do offer stainless steel with fridge's that are home style vs. apartment living appliances. Thank you for taking time out to write a review.
The staff were very nice and professional also helpful. Everything I needed was there as far amenities gym, po Read Moreol, computers etc. The building cleanliness was always exceptional.

The office and maintenance staff are amazing. They are friendly and helpful. There are usually monthly events Read Morehosted in the clubhouse as well. Feeling like I'm a part of a community is important to me, and I definitely feel like I'm a part of a community at the Quarters at Parkview.

Feel like the economic controls are more geared toward treating the resident as a client with respect to prote Read Morecting the owner's real estate interest and not in valuing the residents' overall quality of life. Also no effort on the behalf of the management to even consider or lobby for exceptions for policy for renters' exceptional circumstances. Felt as if my presence in the building was just to generate revenue and the stringent policies were designed to eke out even more money from me on exit.

I am so sad to read your review. That is never our goal to have our residents unhappy, especially if its something we can control certain things we do however have to follow The Whitmore guidelines as well as Fair Housing. However we try and build a bond with each resident by holding monthly events, to give back to our residents and let them know how much we truly appreciate them.
It has been two years here at the Quarters at Parkview and my experience has been great. I usually do not writ Read Moree reviews but I must state the I love where I live and let me count the ways; 1. controlled access 2. The club house 3. The pool 4. Clean & well-kept 5. Location 6. My neighbors 7. Of course maintenance & staff. Sure you can hear your neighbors noise but that was not my focus. I had peace and relaxation. Thank you.
