I lived there with my son for about to months and noticed a lot of my neighbors was moving out, it was then I Read Morerealized why, BEDBUGS INFESTATION, in the whole apartment building, when I told the rental office they told me I was responsible because I bought used furniture which I never did. they said it was a charge of $400 for professionals to come in and I have to wait two weeks in the infested apt until then, so I waited and they never came. so I moved to Virginia Beach

I thought this place was going to be great, as it was close to my office, the Town Center, and was relatively Read Morecheap compared to others in close proximity. Let's just say you get what you pay for. Other tenants are loud and have no control over their children. Blaring Latin music, screaming and out of control children, awful neighbors, and homeless men that try to live in the building's extra space were all present. Also, do NOT try to deal with the male manager there..incompetent and will lie.

The apartments are not well kept. The management treats tenants with disrespect and often ignore when calls ar Read Moree made for deteriorating conditions in the apartments. For two years that i have occupied the apartment, it was all about insets, bed bugs and roaches. The roof of the last apartment i occupied was falling off over my family and i couldn't get attention to fix it after several calls until the living room turned to mess.
The managers are proud, disrespectful and completely lacks empathy
