Thank you for your response. Cable is available in every room. Upon moving into our community, we provide our residents with cable setup and contact information. We are available M-F, 9am-5pm to help residents with any issues. Our garage parking is optional, convenient, and currently $75 per month for a single space. Our residents are provided with a checklist prior to move in/out, which details potential charges if they don't follow the proper move out procedures (Cleaning, Proper Notice, etc)
Leasing office entered our apartment at random times without notice to show prospective tenants our apartment Read Moreon multiple occasions. The pet fee is extremely high and most tenants just keep their pets a secret to avoid the outrageous $350 fee + extra monthly fee. Appliances are very outdated and barely do what they're supposed to do. Other than those things, good apartments. Maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful also.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We show apartments that have given notice to leave. We provide a minimum of 24hr written notice that showings could occur during specific days. If you do not wish your home to be shown on a particular day please feel free to contact our onsite office. Our pet fee and monthly rate are comfortably within normal market standards. Thank you for this information. Our internet is through VA Skywire - Resident contact number is: 804-591-0500. Please contact VA Skywire they are readily able troubleshoot and answer any questions. The established bandwidth for the building is set for normal usage. Internet is included in your rent as are all utilities. If VA Skywire is not able to fully answer your questions we invite you to visit our office for additional alternatives.
I came home with a pool of water and the maintenance staff left foot prints all over the apartment and used al Read Morel my paper towels. Then expected me to sleep with a loud fan running all night. My AC has been broken for 9 months, still waiting to be fixed. I would really like AC since I live in an apartment with no windows or ventilation.

Thank you for this response. PLEASE - Visit or call our office today! We would never want our residents to be without this basic amenity. We have a staff of maintenance professionals who address maintenance emergencies the same day. We also have an emergency contact number - Call the office number and follow the prompts. If you don't have time to stop in please call with your apartment number so we can know who you are and address take good care of you.
