Thank you for your review. We take resident feedback extremely seriously. We did, coincidentally, meet with our cleaning crew last week regarding common areas. You should hopefully see an immediate improvement. Please feel free to contact the office if anything else does not meet the standard you expect.
windows are poorly insulated, allowing excessive street/traffic noise.

Staff is semi-friendly. I've submitted multiple service requests for the same issue. Apartment is nice, but no Read Moret the best quality and certainly over-priced. The location is great and so are the amenities but with newer apartments coming available in the area with cheaper prices and better quality FNA are definitely average at best.

Leasing office and maintenance staff never fail to meet expectations. I have not encountered any issue over th Read Moree past 10 months of stay in First national apartments. Parking and gym facilities are a plus. Downtown location near the State Capitol park and James river is a great stress buster.
