Kensington Court Apartments Resident
The place is really nice and the staff is courteous. The only real issue I've had was that my HVAC unit died Read Moreand had to be replaced. Their only solution was to give me space heaters while they ordered a new unit that apparently takes "4 - 6 weeks to build and deliver from scratch because they are specifically built for the units." That isn't maintenance's fault, per say, or management's - but whoever thought that 4-6 weeks would be an acceptable turnaround for paying customers is insane.
