I am renting one of the art/office studios. I like the space and the rental price however, I would like if we Read More were given a mailbox and the option of controlling our temperature.

The office staff is horrible and very unprofessional! I one day went to the office with a concern, the door wa Read Mores locked and I could hear the staff talkin while I knocked at the door for about 3 minutes until someone finally opened the door. If I'm giving you business, the least you could do is have good customer service. That's not the only incident I've encountered with management.

A huge part of moving into an apartment is the amenities. It says free internet is included, then it should wo Read Morerk. The internet NEVER works. Also - I will never understand why this place charges for a parking pass. It just seems like an extra way to make money off of people. These apartments aren't located downtown or in a populated area, there should not be an extra charge to park my car where I live. Last - thin walls. You can hear everything around. Would be nice if the windows could open.

We recently switched to Verizon FiOS, which has provided residents with increased speed and efficiency. Unfortunately, our community does not provide free resident parking; however, we offer several other free amenities like Core Concierge, Core Adventures, Internet, and more. I have noticed some changes after the new management came began to manage the facility. One thing that stood o Read Moreut in particular was the condition of the dog park area being dirty and uncontrolle. Another issues i had when i signed a lease to live in an enclosed complex, then a month after moving in the fence that enclosed the recreational area was removed. After this I noticed a lot more people coming and going into the pool area using our amenities that did not appear to live in the complex.
