Beautiful building with great amenities. I like the valet trash pick-up a lot. They pay attention to every det Read Moreail. Service is excellent. Parking is a bit tough for guests, but other than that I love it.

The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. In addition, all of the staff, especially the leasing staff Read More have been very helpgul throughout. It's also a grest location.

Apartment was fine, despite not having a pantry! Had lots of issues with our washer and dryer and put in many Read More requests to have it fixed and it was never properly fixed over the course of the entire year!! With all the construction going on, I would have liked better communication about when road blocks were happening, etc. Elevator in the Alume building was broken for far too long, with what we are paying. Felt like it was never really addressed as a serious issue.

trash/dog feces in public areas; thin walls; no wifi at the gym or pool; bad parking - I park in the garag Read Moree and I recently found my car covered in a substance that was dripping from the roof. When I told the property manager, she said they've had that problem in the past and gave me money for a car wash and tried to send me in my way. I pay $125 a month to park in a safe spot yet they have neglected the structural soundness of the building then brush off my concerns about the safety of my car.
