trash/dog feces in public areas; thin walls; no wifi at the gym or pool; bad parking - I park in the garag Read Moree and I recently found my car covered in a substance that was dripping from the roof. When I told the property manager, she said they've had that problem in the past and gave me money for a car wash and tried to send me in my way. I pay $125 a month to park in a safe spot yet they have neglected the structural soundness of the building then brush off my concerns about the safety of my car.

I liked the place the first few months living here. Lots of conveniences, such as the cable internet package, Read Moretrash pickup, and nice appliances. But it's a bit pricey for what it is. The parking garage price per month is ridiculous. The worst resident service I s the implementation of Conservice to send me a bill every month for the same price that I was already paying. It is of no use to any residents. It is only used to outsource billing, While adding an unnecessary fee to my rent every month.

I like the location. The price is a bit high for the size of appartment. The garage is a bit dirty and the d Read Moreoor has not worked well or not at all at some times. The finishing work on the appartment is a bit sloppy.

Apartment is very nice. Noise from adjacent units is still a surprise for Luxury apartments. Grounds could be Read Morebetter maintained. Exterior windows washed, etc.

Front office is extremely helpful. Facilities are clean and up to date (pool, gym). On-site restaurant and in Read More close proximity to many others. Access to parking. Availability to rent out a unit for two or more days for friends ands family. Maintenance staff is quick to respond and does an excellent job. Residents are young, working and peaceful. Pet friendly community. Close proximity to river. Utilities provided and are up to date. Access to online payments and maintenance requests.
