Overall very satisfied with amenities and condition of apartment. Kitchen and bathrooms could use some updatin Read Moreg. Biggest issue is noise from apartment above ours. Would prefer if residents with large dogs were required to live on the first floor.

I have been a resident at Sunscape for over 6 years. I love the location, community and amenities. The office Read Morestaff as well as the maintenance staff are top notch! They are always friendly and helpful.

The on site office personnel are not helpful at all. Any issues or concerns are not of any importance to any o Read Moreffice employee. When ask repeatedly about an issue, it is totally ignored. Furthermore, the TV/Internet that is charged to each tenant is excessive, considering purchasing outside on Sunscape is about 70.00 cheaper, getting the exact same package!! The choice of tv/ Internet provider should be left up to each individual. Service is not worth the amount paid. Basic cable is 100.00!!

The complex seems to have little flexibility in working with its long standing residents in their lease terms. Read More Many complexes will work with residents who have been there more than a year allowing them to go month to month, even if paying a premium. Instead Suncape will lock you into a minimum of 3 month term while you may be looking for a house and require a 60 renewal notice. As well the lease break terms are huge. Sunscape should do more.
