In addition to the newness of Westmont and the safe, friendly community, the apartments are equipped with bran Read Mored new kitchen appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and range, and microwave), beautiful marble counter tops and wooden floors. My balcony provides an amazing view of the mountains, creating a peaceful spot for me to relax while reading, painting, or doing some of my other hobbies. I also have total access to the gym and swimming pool located at the sister complex, North Point.

My experience would have been excellent except for the constant footsteps of what appears to be a large dog in Read More the apartment above me. Pets should not be allowed above the ground floors for this reason alone.

Overall the apartment was nice and decent for the price. However getting in touch with any staff is hard and e Read More-mail seems to be the only way. There wasn't a lot of storage, the walls were kind of thin and could sometimes hear your neighbor. Living on the bottom floor we could hear every step the tenants made upstairs. The location was great though close to a lot of stores and restaurants and not too far from downtown. It was nice for a year but not much longer. A lot of hidden fees, read lease!

The apartment itself is very good. Energy costs are low, which is nice. The faux hardwood floors look much bet Read Moreter than other carpeted apartments I've lived in and are easy to keep clean. My only complaint is that while the location is nice and quiet, there is nothing to do. You have to drive somewhere to do anything, including just to take a walk.
