Pet Policy: Maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. The following dog breeds are not allowed: Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinchers, Rottweilers or any mixes thereof. The following fees are required: Pet Deposit $250.00, Pet Fee $300.00 and Pet Rent $30.00 Monthly. These fees are per apartment home, not per pet.

don't like the 2-month notice clause in the lease agreement; could be costly later and no one else does it. A Read Morelso odd that rent is not accepted in advance. Again, no one else does that.

I had a maintenance problem at the worst time. Maintenance staff responded quickly and effectively to address Read Moremy problem. Maintenance man did not even the tip I offered. Leasing office is proactive in identifying inclement weather and taking care of grounds.
