Instead if increasing you monthly rent every year, it nice to renovate the community starting with newer kitch Read Moreen appliances, new carpets, flowers around the community, safe place for kids to play. Show what exactly your paying for. All of the appliances are very out dated going back to 19th century. This community is forcing me and my family out because of all the rent increased by $50-100 increased

Our individual units need and overhaul inside and out. A lot of the problems have had attempts to be repaired Read Morebut when in fact the need to be replaced. The appliances are a perfect example as is the carpet. Also the trim around the front and back doors are heavily subjected to mold and rot due to indoor paint being used to coat and outdoor item. Also air conditioning units drains need to be flushed and maintained better to prevent leaking in water closet. We personally have had that issue several times. Also, the vents need to be vacuumed more often because we do not have consistent airflow between floors even when strategic vents are closed to force more air upstairs.

The appliances are EXTREMELY outdated compared to the rent I pay. They break down ALL the time....and all that Read More happens is some Band-Aid job until they break again.
