Our lease terms are: Price range is based on flexible lease length and specific move-in date.. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Dog Policy: Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $30.00 pet rent, $400.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Monthly rent is $30 for pets 30 lbs or less; $40 for pets 31 lbs or more. Non-refundable pet fee is $400 for one pet under 30 lbs; $500 for one pet 31 lbs+ or two pets. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Cat Policy: Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $30.00 pet rent, $400.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Monthly, per pet rent and one-time non-refundable per apartment fee applies for both cats and/or dogs. Maximum of 2 pets per home.
