We've been told that the grounds are going to be kept up and become more presentable. There is no consistence Read Moredamaged areas of the building have not been repaired. my apartment smells like cigarette smoke and has for months, I don't smoke but my neighbors downstairs do. Apartment was not really cleaned before we moved in was told the carpet was cleaned but stains popped up rather quickly.

The front office assistants are wonderful and always friendly and will answer any questions. The maintenance Read Morecrew is very prompt and never makes us wait long if there is a problem.

We lived the entire time with an insane amount of roaches. We would have moved sooner than we did but we were Read Morewaiting for my boyfriends job to give us the word that we were locating so we didnt want to move to a new apartment and then find out a week later we had to move. I dont think we should have to keep subjecting ourselves to harsh chemicals in order to live in a bug free home. We prepared our kitchen many times for them to come spray for bugs and half the time they didnt show.

We are so sorry about the bug problem. Obviously, you have moved so we can't help you, but we would like to say never just settle for the way things are. In our daily routine, so many things come up that sometimes, we need for you to "stay on us" in the management office so we can make things right. We would much rather have gone to any length to solve problems for you, than to have lost you as a resident because we could have done more to show you that we care.

While the staff in the office is very nice and very friendly, the apartment was not completely ready at the ti Read Moreme of move-in. Overall, its a great community (it can be a little loud at night at times) and in a great area.

Thank you for your input. We have an answering service to take after hours calls. Call when it gets noisy and we will take care of those noise problems to the best of our ability. Just so you know, for a police non-emergency and for maintenance emergencies, just call the office number (757) 425-7123 Any time, night or day and that answering service will page our courtesy officer or maintenance for you.

Good community, safe and quiet. Maintenance issues take a little long. Hate the fact that they let a towing co Read Morempany inspect residents car and threatening to tow cars if something is outdated. I pay good money here not to be bothered by a tow company.
