Pretty nice apartments, awesome staff and fast maintenance. For a pet friendly place, I was suprised that all Read Moreapartments had carpet in common areas (so forget getting your deposit back) and no dog park or safe area for dogs to run off leash. Also they supposedly target young couples and retirees, but ended up disappointing by making us endure loud noises from drunk students and unsafe driving in the perimeter. Overall it's a nice place to stay, just not for long.

They make every effort, including through emails, to remind residents of the higher expectations this complex Read Morehas. This is supposed to be a upper level living experience and they seem to be on the right path.

At first glance this apartment is spectacular! Upon closer inspection, this isn't the case. The management in Read Moreparticular is very inattentive to its residents. I've had multiple appliance issues that have taken weeks to resolve. I had damage to my car on property. There is lack of information when renewing a lease that could cause an increase in rent. In particular, discontinuation of discounts that were not disclosed to be applied to only the first year of residence. Overall very displeased.
