They are always very prompt with any apartment repairs and give advanced notice if there will be maintenance o Read Moren parking lot or water pipes.

Nice community. It is maintained very well. One member of office staff is rude and the other is very pleasant! Read More Every week they turn off the water for hours and keep saying they will fix it! But the problem never seems to be resolved. Apartments are very small and it seems like the staff doesn't give you much privacy. Understand there are rules but your home is your home! You have to pay for a pool pass which is the only activity they have on the property! I would not pay over 750 to live here!

Thanks for your review! We have a signed contract to install 13 valves in the next few weeks so that if we do have a water leak, we don't have to shut off the entire property. Residents were informed by email & in the November newsletter. Residents don't pay for their pool passes; only $1 per day for guests;$10 for a season pass. We do have quarterly inspections/treatments for pest control & maintenance but we give more notice than is required. We try not to invade residents' privacy.
