The inside of the apartment was quite nice. The heat was warm, the A/C was cold, and my heating and cooling b Read Moreills were not overly inflated. Maintenance always responded to my requests for service promptly.
However, the teenagers in the neighborhood were out of control and many of the residents refused to cease loitering on the stairs at all hours of the day and night.
