Our lease terms are: Price range is based on flexible lease length and specific move-in date.. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Cat Policy: Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $40.00 pet rent, $300.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Small pets (30lbs or less) are $40/month with a $300 pet fee. Large pets (31lbs or more) are $65/month with a $300 pet fee. Pet rent and one-time non-refundable pet fee are per pet. Dog Policy: Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $40.00 pet rent, $300.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
