Cat Policy: Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $40.00 pet rent, $300.00 pet deposit, Pet Restrictions: Pet deposit is per apartment. Pet rent is per pet. Vet records and photos are required. Dog Policy: Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $40.00 pet rent, $300.00 pet deposit, Pet Restrictions: Monthly rent of $40 for pets up to 55lbs; $75 for pets 56lbs or more. Maximum of 2 pets per home. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid
